It's actually a pretty dated setup and I'm looking to improve my pc soon.
Addons gallery
Tellmewhen is quite possibly the coolest addon because I can set ranges for specific things such as: healer, tank, dead person, aggro mobs, graphics etc.
Weak Auras
Audio Cue's Galore
Various people make WeakAuras, or code that works alongside the game. Most of these are visually oriented, but there are options to attach sound cues to actions, spells, etc. I have to painstakingly go through and either write my own WA's or modify those (thankfully) that have been provided to make sound cues for pretty much anything I need to know exists.
