My first Christmas season with Song. She was so little
I was born and raised in the States. I lived in 5 states and have visited all of the continental states.
I've visited 27 countries over 4 continents.
In 2013, I decided to start a new adventure and moved to the Netherlands.
I have always been creative and musical. I suppose that means it was no surprise when I started a music studio with my bestie.
I'm almost always in a band, too.
I love to: read, garden, cook/bake, bowl, play pool, decorate, fix stuff, gaming (all kinds), travel, dance, learn and soooo much more
That being said, I have multiple degrees, including an MBA, so I guess I am a master of something!
Sadly, in August 2019, I lost the majority of my vision. I had just finished my graduate studies through Ball State University and was waiting to look at job offers until I got back from a trip to Croatia when the most devastating experience of my life changed everything...

Being blind does not mean absolutely no perception. There are many forms of blind, but blindness has a legal description of: " Legally blind means a person has a corrected vision of 20/200 in their best-seeing eye. If visual aids such as glasses can correct a person's vision to 20/20, they are not considered legally blind. Totally blind refers to a complete loss of sight", according to ibvi.org

With the aid of JAWS/Fusion (a voice over program and an electronic braille display.
The games have to be blind accessible. What does that mean? It means my voice over can read graphic tags or text from the game and the game has the capability for mods or addons. I painstakingly make audio cues for essentially everything a sighted person sees to be heard by me as I play.
I have developed many techniques to help me cook. I have several videos showing how to blind cook. See my youtube link.
Contribute to my patreon to help support me since it's incredibly difficult for me to work outside of my own home office.
